14 Three-Bed Homes in River Crouch Yacht Club Redevelopment

Assesmont Group Ltd were contracted to carry out the fabrication and installation of structural steelwork for new bespoke properties at a previous yacht club location on the River Crouch in Essex.

We supplied, fabricated and installed steelwork for 14 new-build steel frame properties, including beams and columns, metal decking as well as 2 fire painted metal electrical distribution board enclosures.

Surface treatments included galvanising, intumescent (fire-proof) painting and powder-coating as applicable. We also fabricated 2 lock splitter plates, specialised plates that allow a single power source to be distributed to multiple locks by splitting the electrical current into separate outputs
