We were contracted to upgrade and introduce structural and architectural steelwork for this stunning South Kensington property.

Bespoke External Staircase – Cast in steel to match the client’s vision while maintaining harmony with neighbouring properties.
Restoration & Reinstallation – Carefully dismantled, assessed, and restored the existing rear garden staircase, balcony, and steps, ensuring they were expertly reinstalled after necessary repairs and finishing.
Elegant Railings & Balustrades – Designed, fabricated, and installed new terrace railings and balustrades for the upper ground and first-floor extension, along with dormer Juliet balustrades for added architectural elegance.

"Assesmont were responsible for two elements of the project. Supporting steelwork for the UPS and a variation , a new roof gantry. Both were delivered in a timely professional manner. I would say the team at Assesmont helped me out and saved our embarrassment when at very short notice they made alterations to the UPS support steels to overcome a lack of coordination. Any snags with the roof top gantry were brought to Assesmont's attention and were dealt with promptly. I look forward to working with them again."
