Structural & Architectural Steelwork

Premier Place consists of 124 residential units with associated commercial spaces.

This project is a mixture of shared ownership and social rent tenures. This project has included structural steelwork, privacy screens, balustrades, copings, steel and glass canopies, durbars and kee clamp handrails. We have fabricated and installed car park gates, riser grilles, access hatches and have carried out fabrication rectification works throughout the site.
