Data Centre Security Cage Fabrication & Installation

HMCTS Medway County and Family Court

We were commissioned to design, fabricate and install new cages in the Court Data Room on behalf of TD Paragon. Following a detailed survey, the sections and panels were loaded out to the designated installation area. The posts were secured to the pre-installed stub posts, with alignment and levelness ensured. Following on, shims were placed between the post base plate and stub post head plate.

Mesh Panels

The 50 x 50mm mesh panels were installed between the posts and then the panels were checked for alignment and levelness before the fixings were tightened and the posts were checked for levelness. The 50 x 50 SHS top sections were fitted above the panels around the cage area to connect the steelwork posts and panels, and all components were verified for alignment and levelness.
