The building underwent a major refurbishment in March 2021, modernizing the reception area and converting basement car parking into high-end facilities, including eight showers, WCs, and a locker room. Assesmont were contracted to carry out the fabrication and installation of staircase trimming steelwork and a bespoke feature staircase including glass balustrading in a central London office building, 2 More London (circa 30,000 sq ft). Part of the second floor became available and gave the tenant an opportunity to redesign this area and add in a feature staircase to link the two floors.
