Bespoke Steel Frame Installation for Obeetee Rugs
Assesmont Group Ltd has completed a bespoke steel curtain display frame in Chelsea Harbour for the Obeetee Rugs showroom. The project showcases our ability to deliver precise, high‑quality steel fabrication for specialist retail environments. As a result, the new structure provides both strength and a refined architectural finish.
The frame measures 3.4 metres high, 6 metres long, and 2.5 metres deep. It is built from 100×50×5 RHS mild steel and finished in RAL 5003 Sapphire Blue. Because of its robust design, the frame supports a complex swing‑arm carpet display system with a combined load of more than 2.6 tonnes.
Our team supplied full GA drawings, fabrication details, and structural calculations. In addition, we coordinated closely with the client’s design team to ensure accuracy at every stage. Installation took place in a single continuous visit, which allowed us to minimise disruption and maintain efficiency.
