Assesmont delivered a fully engineered galvanised steel plant support deck at roof level, providing a durable and stable platform for new MEP equipment.

The system combines precision‑fabricated PFC primary beams, SHS support posts, and rubber‑footed base assemblies to protect the roof surface while safely distributing structural loads. Each steel member was cut, fabricated, and assembled to exact project specifications, complete with welded end plates, toe plates, and galvanised finishes for long‑term weather resistance. The deck was completed with GRP grating, creating a safe, non‑slip access surface for maintenance teams.
