Dual Staircase Installation & Structural Alterations

Assesmont delivered a full structural steel package at Unit 12, Kings Park Industrial Estate, transforming the building’s circulation layout with two new bespoke staircases and major supporting steelwork.

Our team removed the existing staircase, formed two new structural openings and installed all new beams, columns, cleats and plates required to support the redesigned layout. We then fabricated and fitted two RAL 9005 powder‑coated steel staircases, complete with quarter landings, folded treads, handrails and first‑floor balustrades.

The project combined precise structural alteration with high‑quality fabrication, showcasing Assesmont’s ability to manage complex steelwork installations from survey and drawings through to final fit‑out.
