Louvred Lightwell Enclosure

Assesmont Group were commissioned to design, fabricate and install a lightwell enclosure, levels 3-4 at these prestigious Cork Street office buildings in the heart of London’s Mayfair.

We liaised with the owners to house a condenser unit with this louvred enclosure, both for aesthetic and noise abatement reasons. The aluminium louvres and steel frame were shotblasted and zinc primed in satin black. The base was strengthened by installing 2 lines of PFC hard up against the underside of the existing PFC trimmers to support the new condensers. The angled frame and louvres were specifically profiled by our laser team.
