Structural Steel Fabrication & Installation, Kingsman Point

We were contracted to carry out the fabrication and installation of structural steelwork for new bespoke properties at a previous yacht club location on the River Crouch in Essex.

We supplied, fabricated and installed steelwork for 14 new-build steel frame properties, including beams and columns, metal decking as well as 2 fire painted metal electrical distribution board enclosures. Surface treatments included galvanising, intumescent (fire-proof) painting and powder-coating as applicable.

The Corten steel clad homes are designed to have a very low environmental impact with super insulation, PV electrical supply, individual air source heat pumps, 100% low energy lighting, time controlled heating, and an ecology led landscape design.
